* Send all 11 photos to Jennifer@philvahabsmiles.com

* Get close so you are taking the photos of just the teeth and not

the entire head.

* Read the instructions in the blue boxes below before taking each photo.

* Take #4 - #6 twice. One set while wearing the aligners/retainers

and one without.

* It might be helpful to have the instructions on one phone and take

photos with a second phone.
